No. Price for the plans includes just a stylist fee. The items you pay separately on the websites of our partners. We select the items based on your filled style quiz in a comfortable budget that you define for each category of wardrobe in our style quiz.

We work all over the world. The minimum delivery time is 2 hours, but before starting work, we will definitely check with you the convenient date and time of delivery, which is carried out by our partner stores. Most often it is free, but some provide only paid delivery, prepayment for things, longer delivery times or do not offer a fitting. When filling out the quiz, you can specify convenient delivery formats.
Payment for the service is carried out by credit card on the site, after choosing a plan. It is completely 100% safe and we do not store map data.

What if I don't like the stylist's work?
All of our stylists are real professionals with extensive experience. Nevertheless, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the process of work or the result, please let us know by e-mail: customersuccess@getoutf.it. We will definitely take care of everything and, if necessary, will process the refund within a maximum of 72 business hours (via the same payment method as when you paid).
